Previously a hairdresser and law graduate Megan accidentally fell into her real estate career while seeking a flexible family role and loved it immediately.

 

Real Estate has been good to Megan and her passion for it has led to a wide variety of experiences across most facets of the industry, including Corporate Real Estate and concurrent roles of Sales and RTO training for many years.

Exceptional Real Estate Agents and Property Managers need to understand Individualised client services, the sales process, the property market and its propensity to change, marketing, negotiations, and people. Megan loves the variety of this, has learned so much and thrives on every challenge!

Megan founded Magnolia Estates & Consulting as a boutique firm, designed to be knowledgeable and caring, with family values, old fashion service, and fun.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys time with loved ones and often takes advantage of our food and wine culture here in SA.

 

She can also be seen in her garden or walking her beloved Labrador on the beach, catching the sunrise or sunset, whenever possible!
